I work with governments and development partners across the Asia-Pacific region to design digital systems and connectivity approaches that are practical, affordable, and built to last.

Much of my work sits between policy intent and delivery. I help turn ambitious strategies, donor investment, and technical options into clear priorities, realistic roadmaps, and partnerships that can be delivered in the real world.

I’m known for being steady, pragmatic, and easy to work with particularly where distance, cost, governance constraints, and political realities shape what’s possible.
